My name is Keith Everett Jr, my partner Lenny Harrell Jr and I run a multi million dollar Real estate operation. It wasn't always this way especially when I first started back in January (2016). I was working at a factory around that time and I was really working 12-16 hours a day and it took a great toll on me mentally and physically, plus I was spending 0 time with my Fiancée and my 6 month old son at the time. I started praying to God to provide me with an opportunity and I found this guy named Nick Ruiz on Instagram posting about a free webinar about learning to flip houses with no money down and i took advantage of the opportunity. After the webinar I began my journey and did about 2-3deals in (2016). Even though I struggled that year i never gave up and in (2017) I met my amazing Partner Lenny Harrell Jr and we took off pretty quick! That year we completed around 40-50 deals and kept accelerating in (2018) with 108 deals with no team, office or CRM and grossed 1.5 million dollars. (2019) We built an amazing sales team that produced 120 deals that year and Grossed 1.6 Million dollars and now today (2020) we want to give back the amazing Sales skills we've inherited over the past 4 years! I've done Sales presentations at huge real estate Conferences across the Country Including Las Vegas, San Antonio and I have spoke in Phoenix , AZ. My name is Lenny Harrell Jr and I've been in Real estate for 4 years now. The reason I got into the business is because I wanted more time with my family and to create financial freedom. That year (2017) we completed 40-50 deals, (2018) we completed 108 with just us two, no CRM, Team or office!  (2019) we completed 120 deals moved into our office, built a team along with creating many systems and processes!
